How to get an utilization rate of a specific target

If you want to get an utilization rate of a specific group, such as organization node, user group or a role, go to the People > Allocations page and choose the filters according to your needs. Note also that from which type of projects do you want the information. Different project types are active/archived, production/planned, invoiceables/non-invoiceables. Consider also that which time modes and allocation scales meet your needs.

How to get a resource allocation overview of my team

User groups are a great way to use in data sorting and you can create a user group which includes all the members that are in your team. For a quick overview of your team, you can use the People > Allocations  page and choose your team from the “select a user group” and update the search. You will get a list of people in your team and the their total workloads. Modify your search by varying the time modes and allocation scales to get a different view.

How to get a resource allocation overview to project manager’s projects

If you wish to view the resource allocations of your projects in a one view, first go to Project > Allocations page and show the search criteria. You can either choose a program, a portfolio or a project manager. The list of projects and people and role allocations will be updated according to your filtrations. Modify your search by varying the time modes and allocation scales to get a different view.

You can also modify the graph by choosing different grouping means: by customers, by organization nodes and by projects.
