Silverbucket main users are responsible of the first level support towards the end users. Main users may contact Silverbucket support, if an incident cannot be resolved by themselves.
Main users coordinate the customer’s needs for enhancements and new features for the Silverbucket service.
Please note that customers may have internal guidelines for their main users which differ from the description above.
Currently the main user information is managed manually. The customer needs to inform the main user changes to Silverbucket's contact person.
